Customer Service for Business Phone Systems

Working in an office often means long hours and late nights, especially the approval to work. Put forward seven hours and stay until well after the hours of work, I suppose I will always be available to anyone who might call me. Recently, my office has increased our business phone system and I began to notice a decrease in the number of calls I received every day. It was such a change, in fact, that I could get my work done much earlier than usual. I never considered it could be our phone system and chalk, just good luck. Little did I know that I lost several calls from customers who had almost all left messages that I did not. A couple of weeks after its new telephone system was installed, I came across one of these customers while in the courts, which have kidded me for being too busy to return to her.
